Privacy Disclosure & Consent Agreement

1. We collect your personal and credit-related information to assess your eligibility for finance, arrange credit with lenders, and manage our relationship with you. If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to assist you.

2. Collecting and using your personal information (including sensitive information where relevant) for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Disclosing your information to lenders on our panel, credit reporting bodies, insurers, referrers and service providers as needed to assess and arrange your application.
4. Obtaining a credit report about you from a credit reporting body, and using it to assess your creditworthiness.
5. Acting as your access seeker to obtain credit-related information held by lenders or credit reporting bodies where required for your application.
6. Exchanging information with lenders about your credit worthiness, history and capacity, including information about defaults, for the purpose of assessing your application.
7. Communicating with you – receiving documents, disclosures and communications from us and lenders by phone call, email, SMS, post and other electronic messaging, and you agree that electronic signatures and submissions are binding. Standard call/message rates from your provider may apply.
8. Marketing – contacting you about related products and services by phone, email or SMS. You may opt out at any time by emailing Jmac@jeffmcdonaldfinance.com.au or asking us on any call.

9. You may withdraw consent to future uses at any time (subject to legal/contractual limits), request access to your information, or request correction, by contacting us on 0459 252 511 or Jmac@jeffmcdonaldfinance.com.au.

10. You confirm the information you provide is true and correct, you are over 18, and you have read and understood this agreement and our Privacy Policy.
